Two usernames. Can't log in to see billing.
When I checked with www.xfinity.com/id and ensure you are signing in with the correct Xfinity ID associated with the correct service address, I was given a different username than the one I am using to log in the the forum and the one I try to login to billing with. I can successfully get to the forum, but if I try to see my account, it says
