Two accounts, one inactive, causing access issues to xfinitywifi

Hello,

I have had two active accounts in the last year that I get to through one log-in.  One was for a rental property I no longer own, the other is my personal account.  Ever since I stopped service at the other property, I cannot access and use xfinitywifi connections.  When I sign in, it tells me I have no active internet service.  My assumption is that it is defaulting to checking my closed down account from the rental property, rather than my active account, where I am very much paying for internet through Xfinity.  When I login though, I have no option to choose, I just login with the one credential that I have, and this is the default denial I see to access the wifi.  This has only been an issue since I closed down service at one of the addresses.

Any experienced a similar issue and have a fix that doesn't involve sitting on hold with support for a long time?  I just need the old account gone, I'm certainly not re-purchasing the building or re-activating the service.

Thanks for meeting us here in our community, @user_zjqqec, about the trouble accessing your current account. I can see how this could be an issue. No worries. We are happy to assist. Have you gone in here: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/switching-between-multiple-accounts to unlink the old address from your profile?
