Trying to set up new account, GARBAGE customer service

Someone contact me ASAP about my Wi-Fi account. I’ve been trying to set up for two days with no success due to some internal error with your customer management program. Figure it out! Worst customer service ever.

Please make sure you are connected to the coax outlet in your home. You may also need to try another outlet in the home, as not all of them are always active. If you still have any issues, please let us know.

I have the password and email and the account keeps crashing when I try and when Xfinity employees try. It is not an error on my part.
