Trying to log into xfinity app to set up internet modem

I have been trying to log into the xfinity app so that I can set up my new internet modem.  It seems to accept my login credentials, but it says "Sorry, that didn't go through".  I am a current xfinity TV customer who just ordered the internet services.  Can someone help me to get onto the app so that I can set up my new equipment?

Please send us a private chat by clicking on the little chat message bubble icon in the upper right and sending to "Xfinity Support" with your name and the service address, to start.
