Trying to change primary to a secondary user and getting a payment pending error

I went ahead and paid off the balance due currently when I first had the payment pending error when I tried to change primary to the secondary user on the account but it's still showing the error. Any advice?

Hi there! I know how important it is that we are able to properly assign user roles and I am happy to take a look on my end. 

To get started, please use the chat icon in the upper right to enter Direct Messaging and send us a message with your full name and full address.

 

 Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "direct messaging" icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message

Awesome, Justin! I have the account here now. As an added security measure , I will need to send a verification code to the phone or email on record. Which option do you prefer? This will need to be relayed back to me as soon as possible, as the code does expire shortly after being sent.

Can you confirm who the primary user should be, name phone and email?
