Trouble with account creation and xfinity ID.
Hi, I am a new xfinity customer and just recently moved to an apartment. About 5 days ago I bought one of their internet plans and created an account. Since then all I am seeing on my profile is the following message:
"Thanks for your purchase, Nathan!
We're getting your account set up. Check back soon to track and activate your services."
It has been like this for 5 days with no change. I cannot find a phone number to call about this either, so I am consulting the forms. Thanks for any help.
