trouble verifying account

My husband is unable to access his account without changing his account without changing his password. He can't verify his identity online because his phone number and email address have changed. That's why I'm writing for him. I have an active xfinity account and can receive email and text. 

How can he regain access to his Xfinity/Comcast email address?

Hey there, @user_kls9qi. For your husband to get access to their Xfinity ID after losing access to their two-step verification methods they would need to reach out to our Customer Security Assurance team. If your husband can get through our authentication process, they can reset the information tied to their Xfinity ID.
