Trouble unlinking accounts and setting up new account
I have two homes with comcast service, and I'm trying to set up a new and separate account for the second home, but I can't seem to figure out how to do that. Right now the accounts are linked under my ID, but that's not a good arrangement, so I'm trying to unlink the two accounts and again, create a new account for the new home. I'm not able to do this, however, since I'm already recognized as a current Comcast subscriber (mobile phone # or ss# is required), so I'm stuck.
I've searched the forums, clicked on all the links, and read all the articles, but nothing addresses this issue.
