Trouble logging into Outlook on Android

Hello, 

The Microsoft Outlook app on my Android phone keeps asking me to login and when I do I receive the following message: Login Error Please check your email and password and try again.

I have updated my password on the Xfinity site and I have also deleted the MS Outlook app and re-installed. I have also restarted my Android phone. None of these actions have worked. 

Please assist.

No. Personal computer is working just fine. Just my Android phone.

user_142lb2 If you use a browser on the phone, can you access it?

I can login to Xfinity; however, when I click on my account information in the right-hand corner, the only option I get is to Sign out. When I click the three bars in the upper left-hand corner, there are no options - i.e., just a blank white screen.

user_142lb2, Try clearing Cache and Cookies on your android to see if that helps.

Cleared cashe/cookies and the option to sign-in to email still does not appear. I am signed into the Xfinity site though. When I select Pay My Bill, the screen goes blank as well.
