Trouble accessing my online account and looking at my billing

I recently moved in July and had Xfinity in both homes. My old account is no longer active, which seems to be the only one I can access through my Xfinity mobile app. If there’s anyway, you could help me locate my online, or mobile account with my new address that would be great

Most of the time the accounts are automatically linked if you are using the same contact information. If you check out this page you can see how to toggle between accounts. If you do not see your current address listed in the linked accounts let me know.
