Transferring plan and rental ownership to roommate

I will be moving out of my apartment but my current roommates are staying and I would like to transfer ownership of the account and rentals to them.

I have not, I am not sure if i will be able to go in person with the person trying to take over ownership. Is there any way to do it online or over the phone? Or do I have to cancel and they have to start a new account with xfinity?

amn4 Oh no worries, the process is much simpler and quicker in person with a physical ID, however we can still work on getting the forms submitted to complete this request remotely as well. Let's start by getting a direct message going. Can you send over one with your full name and complete service address to begin?
