There are a few options for this. The first option is to have both parties visit a local Xfinity Store with acceptable ID. In order to make this process easier, we do provide an affidavit that may be used in place of or in addition to the normal required documentation to help streamline the process. Here is that form: https://comca.st/34TwF5j. Another option would be for a ticket to be created for the name change on the account. Once created, you would be required to fill out the appropriate documents and return them back to us. Some documents may required a notary.
