Transferring internet to new household
I recently moved in with my grandmother after selling my home, and I would like to transfer my WiFi to my new address. She also has xfinity WiFi that she will be cancelling. What is the best possible route for us to take to transfer mine and cancel hers without a lapse in having WiFi available to us?

Hello, @user_7kx9qy. Thanks for reaching out to us over our Community Forums. Transferring your service to a location that already has Xfinity services setup should be very easy. I would recommend setting up your transfer of service, activate, and then disconnect your Grandmother's account.
