Transferring Account Ownership to Roommate

I'm going to be moving out of my apartment later this week, and would like to transfer ownership of the Xfinity internet account to my roommate. I found this page here but I felt like I was going in circles trying to figure out how to contact someone. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello user_egddea , We can certainly help fill out a ticket to transfer ownership to a roommate. Once the ticket is submitted you will get an email to fill out some forms and send a copy of each of your IDs. Otherwise, if you are not under contract the alternative option is your roommate starts a new account with new equipment. If you would like to get started on the transfer of ownership ticket please send us a direct message with your full name and the address. 

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support: 
Click "Sign In" if necessary 
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging 
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there 
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list 
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line 
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it.
