To generate an Xfinity Mobile transfer PIN (port-out PIN), please log in to the Xfinity App or your online account. From there:
Go to the Devices tab.
Select the line you would like to transfer.
Choose "Transfer your number, cancel this line."
Request a One-Time Passcode (OTP).
The transfer PIN will be sent to your phone via text message.
