Transfer PIN not working

Question

I am trying to transfer my service from Xfinity to TMobile. I have received a transfer PIN from Xfinity, and have my T-Mobile eSIM downloaded. When I enter the transfer PIN to unlock the T-Mobile eSIM, is says unlock unsuccessful.

user_wjxa8u Hmm, it sounds like you may need to consult with T-Mobile to see what else you may need to do. Since you have the transfer PIN, that should be all you need from our end. Other than making sure your device is unlocked and able to be transferred to another provider.
