By far, the easiest way to accomplish this is for the two of you to visit a local Xfinity Store together and present valid photo identification. Our amazing in-store teammates can complete the necessary paperwork with you and submit everything on the spot. If this is not convenient, the account transfer process can also be done online, but there are a few more steps involved, and it can take a few days to complete.
