Transfer Ownership of my account
I have been trying to transfer ownership of my account for days. I was on call with support twice and told I would receive an email with the instructions and paperwork but no email has came (I have checked all inboxes, including spam). I am trying to transfer ownership so the new tenants will be able to continue with the deal I signed up with. I wish I could just cancel my account now but when I tried I was told I would be unable since there is a ticket open for the account transfer. I just want this resolved. I don't understand why I have to do so much for this process.

Hello, @user_0igr6p we can take a closer look at the account and any open tickets. You can use the Direct Messaging icon at the top of the page to send your name and service address to "Xfinity Support." It's next to the bell icon on the right side of the page.

I would just like to point out that it has been 2 weeks since I initiated the account ownership request. I was told in order for the request to be processed I would be sent an email with the necessary document and would need to reply with the document and IDs of myself and the prospective new owner. This document is not found on the Xfinity website and has not been sent to my email address. I have searched through all folders and am being actively barred from communicating with someone who has access to this document by the Xfinity support team. This issue has not been resolved. I doubt it ever will be at this point
