transfer of ownership

Transfer of ownership request was complete but I am still the owner of the account. What else do I need to do?

@user_p3jdp3 We could certainly double-check what we see on the account as that typically updates for us once it is changed. But it may take a few days to reflect the change on your end. When did the request get completed?

Send us a direct message with your full name, account holder name if different and the service address and we will take a look at everything. 

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support: 
Click "Sign In" if necessary 
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging 
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there 
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list 
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line 
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it.
