Transfer accounts

Hi, I am moving out of state and would like to know if I can transfer my account to the new tenant?

Hello @user_f81b9e  Congratulations on your move! I know that is exciting and stressful at the same time. I would be happy to review your account and the best way to go about transferring the services you have to the new tenant. please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address.

To send a "Direct Message" message:

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Messaging" icon at the top of the page (looks like a text bubble)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it

I just want to remind you to not make new threads about the same issue because it ties up our employees needlessly.  In your other thread @XfinityThomasB already had asked you to send a direct message.  There was no need to start a new thread and then have @XfinityChristy respond to you as well.  Following up with Thomas should have been enough.
