Transfer account to roomate

Hello, I am moving soon but my roommate is staying in our apartment. Can I transfer my xfinity account to them?

To send a Direct Message:

Ensure you are logged in

  • Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
    • As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
    • An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it.

Hello @user_96f35e you can absolutely transfer your account to your roommate. There are 2 options to complete this. The fastest and easiest way is to visit a local Xfinity store. Both of you would want to bring your ID's, and you would both sign a paper and the transfer would be complete. Option 2 would be we can put in the request on our end and have both of you submit required documentation. This process takes longer but is great if you don't need it done right away.
