Transfer Account Ownership to Roommate

Hello Xfinity Support,

I am writing to request a transfer of account ownership. My name is [Edited: Personal Information] and I am the current account holder (currently listed under the name [Edited: Personal Information], which needs to be removed and replaced with my correct name: [Edited: Personal Information]).

I have moved out of the service address and my roommates are now the primary residents there. I would like to transfer full account ownership to them. The account and services should remain active at the current address.

New Account Holder Details:
 [Edited: Personal Information]

Could you please send me the account ownership change request form and any required documents to complete this transfer? Please also update the account name from [Edited: Personal Information] to [Edited: Personal Information].

Our team can assist with getting the correct ticket opened. Please send us a DM to Xfinity Support with your full name and address to get started. 

To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon 
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window   
Press Enter to send it
