I would like to check the available offer for my current place.
But I saw messages like the following and the subject.
Looks like you can't make changes to this plan.
How do I restore my account so that I can update my current address?

You can't because the account no longer exists - it has been cancelled. You are now considered a new user so go that route.

Thanks for the answer. My follow-up question is how do I untie my phone number with the current account?
