I know how helpful it can be for other household members to have account access, so I'm sorry to see the website is giving you this trouble adding them. Did you double-check to make sure you're logged into the primary username? If you're not sure which user is the primary, we have a helpful lookup tool!

I too am trying to add a 2nd user and can’t see any button to click on! Any guidance would be appreciated.

I also cannot see this when I am in the user's tab. The account says I am the "Manager" of the account. Where is this "add user" button? Below is your instructions from the xfinity website
Invite a New User to Your Account by Email and/or Text
To add a new user, you can invite them by email or text message to create their own Xfinity account.
