the button to add a new user is missing ?

hello 

The button to add a new user is missing from my page. I cant add anyone to my account

Hi @KDixon18 ! Thank you for joining us on Xfinity Forums. That's frustrating! I know how helpful it can be for other household members to have account access, so I'm sorry to see the website is giving you this trouble adding them. Did you double-check to make sure you're logged into the primary username? If you're not sure which user is the primary, we have a helpful lookup tool!

I too am trying to add a 2nd user and can’t see any button to click on!   Any guidance would be appreciated.

I also cannot see this when I am in the user's tab.  The account says  I am the "Manager" of the account.  Where is this "add user" button? Below is your instructions from the xfinity website

Invite a New User to Your Account by Email and/or Text

To add a new user, you can invite them by email or text message to create their own Xfinity account.

  1. Sign into My Account as the primary user.
  2. Click the Users tab at the top of the page.
    The Users tab is displayed as the fifth tab from the left.
  3. Click Add A New User underneath the list of current users.
    The Add a New User button is displayed, with a circled plus sign to its left.
  4. Select ManagerMember or Viewer, then click Continue.

Are you signed in as the Primary User?

To find your Primary user ID, use the Lookup Tool: https://idm.xfinity.com/myaccount/lookup
 
Just enter the requested information and you will see a listing of all the user ID's on your account, one of which will be the Primary ID.

I am logged in as primary user.. and the "add a new user" button is not there.  As all the folks above have been trying to tell you.  How do I add a second user?

@morsetaper2, I am sorry to read you are having trouble with adding a user. I know how important and valuable it is to have additional users on an account. The steps listed above are the correct steps to add a user. Here are the steps for adding users. Please note, if you are not signed in as the "Primary" you will not see the option to add a user. If you are certain you are signed in as the Primary, I would suggest logging out, clearing cache and cookies, and logging back in. Maybe even trying Incognito mode. Let me know how it turns out.
