The billing website doesn't load

I'm able to log in to the Xfinity site but when I try to access my billing information the page never loads- it's stuck at the three dots. I've tried both Chrome and Edge. It's been like this for months.

I have this exact problem. Tried multiple browsers, cleared my cookies,  tried incognito mode. Is the Xfinity website just this terrible? Trying to view billing information just enters a never loading loop, gets me an error, starts the check again, and continues doing this until it just asks me to log back in.

Has anybody found a solution?

I have the same issue, when I try and pay in the app it takes me to a screen that says "Sorry this isn't working right now, please return to overview while we resolve the issue" but it doesn't get resolved. I Can't pay my bill on the App, I can't pay it on the website because it just does a login loop or blank white screen when I try to pay. I have tried on multiple browsers on multiple devices, did the clean cache etc, fresh installs everything, tried on friends devices and internet to log in and pay, nothing works. Tried to use the automated payment system on phone but it just declines my card even tho my card is fine and has money on it, and I have read on here others having same issue. People are told to go into the store but the store just tells them they can't help. Nothing works. I also see from searching for similiar posts that these issues have been going on for years, I use my internet for religious ministry to volunteer through local jails to help people, others on here have mentioned that they have disabilities and need the internet, people who work paycheck to paycheck don't have the time to spend hours dealing with this, please all we are asking is just to be able to pay our bill?

Ever since they redesigned the website, it hasn't worked. They've basically hidden the billing section for whatever reason. You have to go digging for it. Just to see your current plan and bill. And that is after you have to repeatedly log in and get a text confirmation number.

Hello This is due to the login confirmation sending you in a refresh loop, Easy fix in Chrome top right of the browser left click the 3 dots or (Hamburger) then select New Incognito Window, now login but tick the box stay logged in and you should be all set. If this does not work no problem just click on the green lock top left and delete all the xfinity cookies then open a new Incognito tab and repeat the first step. No stress enjoy you day.

For a very rich and greed company like Xfinity you think they could get a proper pay page like any other company. But no, with Xfinity it is SHDD with the worst pay bill experience on the planet.

I spent a couple hours trying to view past bills on the xfinity website today.  Nothing I tried worked.

I did the entire loop - cache / data clearing, incognito, different web browsers .. non-eta - rebooting my router !  Nada.

The only relief was the iPhone app - with this I was able to view and transfer invoices to my Mac.

For me. this is merely frustrating.  For my wife - infuriating.  She says we're calling T-mo tomorrow and ordering their home internet service.

I will say - the service rep was well trained, and dedicated - but apparently the one thing he was not allowed to say - "yeah, it's been screwed for a while now.  Sorry".

Hello, @user_cx3mv8. Thank you for reaching out over Xfinity Forums for support, you have contacted the right place for assistance. I completely understand where you're coming from with wanting to pay your bill, and not having to spend a lot of time.

If the website isn't loading here are some tips to check on your device, if you haven't tried these:

  • Check your network connection and try a different website
  • Launch another browser and see if the site works there
  • Turn off extensions, plugins, or custom themes in your browser
  • Clear your cache and cookies
  • Check your router and nameservers settings
  • Disable your VPN or use a different server location
  • Scan your computer for viruses or malware

To make a payment you can also use the Xfinity Assistant, I use this quite often to pay my bill and it you have a card saved on file the assistant will recognize it: https://www.xfinity.com/chat/.

The award winning Xfinity App is also another place you can login and make a payment, it can be found in your mobile devices App store.

@XfinityJustinC  - none of these things work.  This has been ongoing for months.  I am trying to customize my services and I just get rolling dots - we've all tried everything that has been suggested but the site does not work!  It's ridiculous.

I've done all of this... I am in tech support myself so I already did everything that has been suggested. I did manage to have a successful experience using the Chrome Browser on my computer but the site does not work at all in the Edge Browser no matter what actions are taken.

Same. It usually takes me weeks to pay my bill each month because their bill pay site only loads 1% of the time.

I have the exact same issue as everyone else. Every month comcast is the only website that will not allow me to download the statement. I delete cookies, restart browser and restart computer. Nothing changes the issue. I am near ready to change from paperless to the bill mailed to me if I can ever get to the site.

I have been unable to pay my bill online the past 4 months either from multiple different devices. Xfinity needs to fix their broken website. This is unacceptable.

My feeling is that XFinity does not want to fix the issue with the website and hopes that people give up and just accept their bills without getting tinto the details of the bills.

Been with Comcast/Xfinity for years. I have the same recent issues when trying to pay my bill. I will be switching back to paper.

As an ISP, you would think this would be resolved. Forget about you getting my mobile business!! Probably would mess that up too.

When you log into the website on a computer, do you have pop-ups blocked? JustinC up above mentioned a few things to check:

If the website isn't loading here are some tips to check on your device, if you haven't tried these:

  • Check your network connection and try a different website
  • Launch another browser and see if the site works there
  • Turn off extensions, plugins, or custom themes in your browser

To make a payment you can also use the Xfinity Assistant, I use this quite often to pay my bill and it you have a card saved on file the assistant will recognize it: https://www.xfinity.com/chat/

The award-winning Xfinity App is also another place you can login and make a payment, it can be found in your mobile devices App Store.

I'm having the same problem. I can't get the website to load on my phone so I can pay my bill. This is the worst company I have ever had The misfortune of having to deal with hands down.

I am also having the issue.  I saw mentioned on this thread about Ad blockers.  I disabled mine and was able to get in and pull the bill up.  That eliminated the problem right away!
