Unbelivable

The level of corruption at Xfinity (Comcast) has exceeded any expectations despite my firm beleife that I live without any expectations. They have built a totally closed system in total conformance with the industry standards of:

  • No Documentation
  • No proof of any contact
  • Dumb cooredinated AI answering system
  • Endless loops (as a never ending story)
  • Technical Support by dummies (By Design and Employment Requirments)
  • Thin Skinned Staff that start crying on demand
  • Automated Solutions based on NULL (AI detects a problem wityh the modem and wants top restart it, but never ever restarts the device)
  • AI followup for the failed restart event assuming that it restarted the equipment
  • Technical Support as described above follows
  • Endless Loop Resumes
  • Cry Baby Support
  • Authentication using a fictetious number (555) 565-5666
  • AI responds that authentication attempt has failed
  • AI responds (555) 565-5666 is Not a US or Canadian number

is this the future of humanity?

No it is NOW
