Why am I required to sign into Exfinity each time with phone number and password?

When signing into xfinity,  AI confirms my account, I then click on "please do not require future sign in from this computer."  However, I always have to re-sign in with user name and phone number to receive a code EVERY TIME from now on.    AI does not honor my request to not have to sign in each time.   Please advise if there is something I am doing wrong OR does Xfinity need to correct on their end.  Thank you for all assistance.
