Hi Team,

 

I have been an Xfinity user since past one year. After setting the auto-pay last year I did not have to log back in ever because I had no issues until recently when my promotional period ended and I wanted to make some changes to my account. 

 

Looks like, I am not able to see any bills or account information at all. 

 

Everytime I just see a screen saying "Thanks for your purchase. We're getting your account set up. Check back soon to track and activate your services." 

 

Can you please look into this ASAP?

Same problem here. I purchased the Gateway and 1 month prepaid, tried to both link Xfinity ID, or just create a new one. So many login loops, and final destination is frustrating!!!
