Stuck in infinite sign in loop

I tried to sign up as a new customer, I created an account. I am completely stuck in an infinite sign in loop as many many others have posted on as well. 
when I sign in to xfinity it loads in the top right corner where I can see my account tab but after 1-2 seconds it refreshes back to showing the login screen. 
I have tried every workaround recommended in the forums. 
when i try to login via the xfinity app or xfininty stream app I get an error saying I'm already signed in but cannot access. 
xfinity basically thinks I'm signed in but I cannot progress past the initial login screen to get to any of my info.

I have tried on multiple devices, iPhone, windows laptop, iPad. my devices all meet the minimum technical requirements, I have cleared caches and cookies, I have tried incognito mode, I have tried the various links to try to create a new login ID and then link them together ...everything suggested has failed. 
this issue appears to have been around for years and is creating a horrible first experience with this product

Please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forums page.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send your message

Infinite sign in loop

April 2024 Xfinity App stuck in infinite sign in loop. No resolution after case number and escalation ticket. Xfinity Customer service now wants to send technician to my HOUSE to look at XFINITY APP on my phone!!

Sheer STUPIDITY on the part of Xfinity

The app is buggy. Fix it.

Delete app, reinstall several times same login loop

Reboot router same log in loop

Xfinity Log-In Loop App is a known issue
