Started a new account, picked a new plan, verified my email but can't log in to my account.

I picked out a new plan, made an account, and picked a date for installation. Then I verified my email but every time I try to log in to xfinity.com it accepts my log in and just takes me back to home page and signs me out. I've reset cache and cookies, tried various devices, tried the app, and reset my password but no luck. I also called customer service and they couldn't so anything, I need internet ASAP but can't log on to set it up. Is there anyone recourse here?

@sadieromero143 Thanks for starting a new account and also posting here on the forum. Be sure you're using the right account to log in and activate your new service. Use this  Xfinity ID lookup tool  to help find the exact username your account has, to continue successfully. If it finds you don't have an id created yet, establish one for your account here Create an Xfinity ID. That will allow you to set up the profile correctly, so you can continue with the self install.
