"Sorry, This Isn't Working Right Now" - part 10000

I am having the same issue like many others are noting here - any attempt to access my account results in a 'Sorry, This Isn't Working Right Now' message.  Tried multiple computers, browsers, and mobile phones over the last 10 days.

 

I did find that bill payment via support automatic chat interface still works, but any attempt to view my bill or account settings results in the error message above.

Hi @KaffTagon  we apologize for the issue, it appears My Account is reading a field in the database that it shouldn't be so I'm at least setting the field to the correct value to enable you to sign in again, let me know if it's not resolved.
