Sorry about that! We had a problem with our site.

I can view my current internet and TV plans but whenever I want to look at other plans available to me I always get the message:

Sorry about that! We had a problem with our site.

Try again

I normally use Chrome but I've tried other browsers, I tried incognito mode and I tried deleting browser data with absolutely no success. This has been going on for a long time. Is it going to be fixed?

I don't say this lightly but for a company heavily involved with technology this may be the worst website I've used.

@user_3gpo6v Our site will sometimes do that error message when you have an older package and wants our customer to reach out so that we can explain with changes you would lose the ability to revert to an older package. I would be happy to take a look at the account with you and go over new packages.

Please send me a Direct Message with your name and service address so that I can fully dive into this for you! I will leave you instructions on how to initiate the message with us! I look forward to working with you soon!

- Click "Sign In" if necessary
- Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page)
