"something went wrong" error message

I have tried accessing my account information using different computers and browsers. Each time I get the same error message, "Something went wrong, Trying this page again may help fix the problem".

Nothing has fixed it. I can log in, but I cannot access information on the activity, billing, devices, or setting tabs.

Based on other forum response I have seen, something needs to be reset with my account.

Hello,@zahuranec, and thank you for taking the time to reach out to the Xfinity Digital Care Team.

I have seen this issue in the past. It is usually caused by logging in with a username that is not set as the primary username on the account.

I would like to transition this over to a DM so that I can verify your account and username.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
