Someone is on my account

How do I remove other users from the primary role or viewier account? I believe someone put password tracker on my phone and has other equipment signed up to my gateway as well. Would like them removed

@user_75liwi I am sorry to hear of this issue. To remove users from your Xfinity account, the Primary user must sign in to xfinity.com, go to Account and Identity, select the user, and choose Remove user. This deletes their ID, settings, and access. https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/delete-username-from-account
