Someone has reset my password multiple times

Somehow, someone has reset my password multiple times. When I speak with customer service, they said they can't see who or how the request to reset was sent.

Inevitably in the next couple of weeks I will receive an email from xfinity saying my password has been reset, without my permission and without a TFA notification. I will find I have been signed out of my accounts and apps. I will have to reset my password and during the process I will have to enter a code they sent me to prove it is actually me requesting  the reset (TFA!?!?!). If xfinity wasn't the only ISP provider in the area will cable infrastructure around, I would be gone in a heartbeat.

Their internet service and streaming is actually really good. Their automated system and phone representatives actually really, really [Edited: "Language"]!

If your IT personnel can't see activity on a customer's account your company [Edited: "Language"] too!

user_wm4s1 Thank you for stopping in for help with these password reset options. That does sound frustrating, and I understand why you would reach out. Some of our verification options can be bypassed when connected to your home network, since it can use that along with your Xfinity login for verification. Your online account security is important to us as well as your home network, but due to privacy concerns, most teams do have limited access to any information regarding login details. Have you by chance spoken with our Customer Security Assurance team already?
