Soap fault??

I need a pdf of my bill but get message "Received a Soap fault from ESP AMS" on both Chrome and Safari. What's the fix?? Never seen this before.

Hi, @user_4d4976! I haven't heard of this error before either. Did you attempt to clear cache and cookies by any chance?

Hello,

I am receiving the same error. I have also tried with Chrome and Safari and have cleared my cache and cookies. I am still receiving the error.

I would like to be able to see my bill details but am not able to do so.

Good morning! I am sorry to hear you are having issues with getting a copy of your bill. I know how important this is. For testing purposes, are you able to pull up a PDF copy via the My Account App? Just trying to gigue if the issue is directly related to our website or not.
