Slow and miserable

Why is the account management access so incredibly slow??? The service has been on a steady decline since around 2020 and continues to drop like a cannonball in water.

And still there's no fido2 account protection, does anyone at xfinity even know what 2fa is? and I'm not referring to the data mining that's being called 2fa using cell phone #.
