Signing in to MY XFINITY

When I sisgn in to my xfinity on my PC with user name & pass word I check the box for "Stay Signed In" however every time I leave the home page I have to sign in again. So I am now having to sign in 15 to 20 times each day. Most annoying.

I spoke with a cust. service rep.  who said this is an xfinity problem that others have experienced and they were working on problem. Another cust.service tech rep. said it was for security reasons that I had to repeatedly sign in. I don't know who to believe.

Does anyone ese have this  problem and is there any remedy?

Thank You

To stay signed in:

  • Don't log out.
  • Don't use Private Browsing when you log in.
  • Make sure your browser accepts all the cookies the Comcast login process sets and retains them between sessions.
  • If you use any sort of registry cleaner or other "system tuneup" software, make sure it is not set to delete cookies.

Thanks for the reply

I don't sign out and Google chrome is my browser. I have not blocked cookies. I check the stay signed in box every time and every time I open a new tab then return to my xfinity I have to sign in again.

You need to have cookies enabled for any Comcast/Xfinity site in order for that to work.  You may have them enabled in Chrome, but if they are deleted at the end of your session, you've defeated your purpose for the Comcast website.
