Signed in, yet can't access account
First time account holder. Just made an account yesterday. When I sign in, it will not allow me to access any account options/details. Trying to navigate to anywhere but the initial sign in homepage will give me "hmm something didn't load correctly" errors or "rendering" issues and I'll be signed out again. I heard it could be an Xfinity ID issue, but when it asks for either phone # or ssn verification, both paths ultimately say it does not match records. Not even sure if the request for services actually went thru since I can't access anything. App has same errors, as well. Also have not received any emails asides from initial email verification. Help, please. 😫

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
