Signed in a member not primary user

I am currenty signed in a a member and not primary user. I can not access my billing or make changes to the plan. I am the only user associated with this account and I've tried the steps suggested in other posts.

 

Addtionally, my bill increased 50% and now I don't have access to see why.

Check to make sure you are the primary.

 

To find your Primary user ID, use the Lookup Tool: https://idm.xfinity.com/myaccount/lookup
 
Just enter the requested information and you will see a listing of all the user ID's on your account, one of which will be the Primary ID.
