sign on issues

On my PC trying to access my account, I tried several times and different browsers, it tries to make me sign up with Comcast Business... Crazy. It finally let me in my account to access what I wanted to, but I don't understand. I had same results using xFinity app on my phone. We stream very little (as we have xFinity TV premium plan) and come no-where close to our internet usage. Long time customer (34+ years), so hard to conduct everyday business anymore. (no pun intended)
