sign in loop

When I go to sign in, I have the correct username and password and it takes me to the 2 step verification page. I type in the code on my phone and when I hit enter it takes me right back to the original sign in page. It also takes me back to the original sign in page if I click send me an email instead. It's just a loop and I can't sign in. I have tried on 3 different browsers and it's the same thing on all of them.
