THE XFINITY STREAM on my computer is that what you mean i really dont understand why this happens when its worked before im putting in correct verify code but still goes back to sign in site after i put correct credentials I AM SO CONFU pleaseSED RIGHT NOW i could use help

Sow I can take a look at the issues you are having, will you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? ~~~~ To send a "Peer to peer" message: Click "Sign In" if necessary • Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window • Press Enter to send it

I have the same issue, more than an hour on phone with comcast and still not resolved. Can't find the peer to peer chat so posting here. Does anyone have a solution to this?
