Sign In Endless Loop

The sign in page keeps looping from username, password, and back again, never allowing me into my account to pay my bill. Not sure if this is a system-wide verification issue or what is happening. Twice it's prompted for a text code which I've provided, but it still goes back to the beginning loop with username after it's entered.

@user_xhxaxd That would be a very frustrating experience to go through a loop of log ins when you're just trying to pay your bill. Have you attempted to log in through the Xfinity app to make a payment? Have you cleared your browsers cache and cookies and tried again with the same issue? Is there another device to attempt to log in from?

If so were you able to complete the steps listed and are still running into issues? The more details we can get the easier it will be to help make sure you can get past this loop to access your account.
