Sign in and modem
Cannot sign into account after completing purchase steps and account creation. I also didn’t get any confirmation email of the order I place for a router and modem. So I don’t even know if it was ordered or what the deal is with it at all. When I go to sign in on app and website it just tells me I’m not authorized. Really makes me regret choosing xfinity considering these are the first steps and they are severely messed up

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
