Setting up my xfinity account

I have been trying to set up automatic payments in my account, but everytime I log in, I get a message that the account is being set up. How can I solve this? Thanks for your help. Regards

I was able to slove my problem by accesing the create a new account with my cel phone. At some point I got a screen that said "link all accounts" , after that, both the app and the web page are working properly, also I contacted support via twitter, they were helpful. Hope this helps,  reagrds everybody.
