Service Disconnected Suddenly
My service was literally disconnected last night after I had just paid my monthly bill on time (like always). However, it says my account was disconnected and that I owe $0.00 past due balance. The chatbot is not helpful at all and I keep trying to get connected with an agent, but I can't. It just kept telling me to sign in to check my bill even though I wasn't trying to do that. It also won't let me sign in because it says I am no longer a member which is just so frustrating. I have been with Xfinity for about 4 or 5 years now and it's my first time experiencing this. I just want to know how to get it fixed, if anyone can help me.
