Service Address Incorrect - Unable to Update It
Hello!
I am in need of assistance - I've had Xfinity internet for two years at my house, it's been great. I was told I would need to upgrade my router. Xfinity mailed it out. I got an alert saying that FedEx delivered it, but it's nowhere to be found.
I looked up the service address on the account and it's not correct. The street address is correct, but the city and zip code are not. To verify, my mailing address on the account is correct but the actual service address is not.
What can I do?
