sercvice cancellation

Today I received an email about a cancellation request made for my account, which I'm certain neither myself, nor my family who have access to the Xfinity account made. I would just like to know what's happening and whether my service will still be available.

This can happen if a new customer makes an error with their address, but that is why we send out those alerts, so you can let us know it was not you. If you could send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, I'd be more than happy to look into this for you.
