Seems to be no reception through my Roku device.

My personal Xfinity WiFi seems to have a strong signal. And the Roku opens to its normal view of that available apps like Netflix or Prime. None of these will open and there is a “no connection” appearing in the upper right side of the screen.
Does that sound like a problem you can diagnose and get my viewing experience back up and running?

user_f5ytxx - Thank you for choosing Xfinity and joining us here on the Forums! You've come to the right place for help with your TV's WiFi connection, and we'd be happy to assist. The "No Connection" error typically indicates that the TV is not currently connected to your home network. To get started, could you use your TV remote to navigate to Settings > Network > Set Up Connection > Wireless? Once you're there, do you see your home WiFi network name listed among the available networks? Let me know what you find, and we'll work with you to get your TV connected again.

user_f5ytxx - Thank you for being our eyes and ears on the other end. Let's take a step back and work through this together. Could you walk me through the exact steps you're taking and let me know at what point the screen goes dark? To help narrow things down, can you also confirm whether the TV is receiving power and showing any indicator lights? Additionally, are any other devices in your home having trouble connecting to your WiFi network, or is the issue isolated to the TV?

We will get you back up and running!
